N. KRISHNAN
A post graduate in commerce from Mumbai University and an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. I retired as Chief General Manager from IDBI Bank in September 2019. During my close to 39 years tenure in the said organization, I was exposed to Corporate/Retail lending (large corporate, MSME & asset backed personal loans), Rehabilitation and Stressed Asset Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Strategy & Communication, Training, and Infrastructure Management & General Administration.
KUSHAGRA VASHISTHA
A Chartered Accountant by Profession and a Graduate of Commerce from H.R. College of
Commerce and Economics. In his work experience of 6 years, he has become adept at handling
GST Scrutiny and Audit, Statutory audit of corporate entities, providing CFO Services to
various startups and general business advisory, providing advisory in business combination
transactions and other similar areas of work
